The staff is friendly and helpful, providing information about concerts and assisting with reservations. The hotel also offers a good WiFi connection.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location. The value for money was excellent, with prices that were very affordable. The attention to detail was impressive, with beautifully decorated rooms and modern bathrooms. The beds were absolutely amazing and incredibly comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and just a short walk across the river to all the sites. Additionally, I loved the fact that there was a Nespresso machine in the room, allowing me to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee anytime.

During our city break, we had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with directions and arranging transportation when needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. The hotel's location was ideal, great to easily walk to all the main destinations in the city. the hotel provided umbrellas and maps , which was a nice touch.

One aspect that we were not particularly fond of was the noise outside the hotel. The street where the hotel is located can get quite noisy during evenings and weekends, a bit difficult to sleep at times.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very near to Altstadt & surrounding attractions. We were able to easily walk to the old city center and explore all the sights. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was functional with a nice shower. The breakfast provided a variety of options and the views from the higher floors were gorgeous. the hotel had a few extra facilities like a Nespresso machine and a small fridge in the room.

That the walls were thin, so we could hear some noise from foot traffic and conversations in the hallway.

This hotel is in a perfect area, with a balcony and view. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast, included in the price, had an espresso machine available.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. We were able to walk everywhere, and even though we arrived late at night, it was still easy to reach by cab from the train station. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfy beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic, with warm freshly baked bread every morning. The staff were friendly and made us feel like family. They even had drinks and snacks by the front door, a lovely touch. this hotel was great in terms of cleanliness, transportation, location, and breakfast.

The lack of air conditioning in the hotel. each room did have a ventilator to help with air circulation.

The hotel offers comfortable beds, great location within walking distance to main attractions, and a convenient 400m distance from the airport bus stop.

Felt very homey, nothing to complain about.

Quiet top floor rooms with church view, excellent staff, 3 min walk to Mirabelplatz, good WiFi. Unique old establishment, accommodated our families in quad rooms. Helpful desk staff, close to heart of city, enjoyed breakfast. Fabulous energy, personal and friendly service. Already fully booked for my next stay.

We arrived early and were kinda surprised that our room was ready for us. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The room was basic butvery comfy and tidy. The breakfast was delicious and worth the price.
